Our firm provides Insurance Defense for automobile breakdown insurance cases and general corporate defense.  Our attorneys have been representing corporations since 1994 and insurance companies for breakdown insurance/warranty claims since 2003 and have experience defending insurance companies since 1999.  Our attorney, David C. Hesser, was listed in AM Best directory of Insurance Attorneys for years while working at Gold, Weems, Bruser, Sues & Rundel Law Firm and at Breaud & Lemoine Law Firm.  Mr. Hesser is rated BV by Martindale.com.  Our firm strives to provide costs effective representation for breakdown insurance policy claims.  As this is a particular area of the law with special provisions for arbitration, our experience in this area helps us to provide quality legal representation.  Our attorneys are litigators who regularly try cases and are willing to go to court when necessary.
