Our practice focuses on family law, admiralty law, personal injury and auto accidents. We currently litigate in Louisiana and Texas.
David Hesser has the highest level of training available for a family law attorney: Board Certification by the Louisiana Board of Legal Specialization. David Hesser also has the highest level of training available for offshore injury attorneys: A Master of Laws in Admiralty (LLM Law Degree).

We accept payment for family law matters using Cash, Check, Visa, MasterCard and Discover card. For injury cases we charge a contingency fee, so there is no fee until we win your case. Additional fees for costs and expenses may apply.

Board Certified Family Law Specialist by the Louisiana Board of Legal Specialization. This certification is administered by the Louisiana
State Bar Association, requires substantial family law trial experience, references from the local bar community, local judges and a rigorous examination. David Hesser is also a Certified Divorce Financial Analyst by the Institute for Divorce Financial Analysts (IDFA).
Certified Divorce Financial Analyst by Institute for Divorce Financial Analysts is not provided by the State Bar Association and is not a law certification but is a financial certification. David Hesser received his Master of Laws Degree in Admiralty Law from Tulane University Law School. The Master of Laws in Admiralty program at Tulane University Law School is recognized as the top legal training program in the world for admiralty law attorneys. No other program better trains attorneys to handle offshore injury cases and offshore accidents. Such cases include oil rig injuries, cruise ship injuries, ship injuries and other boat injuries.
David Hesser provides legal services for Louisiana and Texas. Our firm resources include the latest computer research systems for legal issues and personal data background checks available to attorneys which we use for cases including: Louisiana divorce, Louisiana child custody, Louisiana child support, offshore injury and personal injury cases. We have up to date Louisiana divorce forms and other legal forms which enable our attorneys to provide high quality services efficiently. For cases outside of Louisiana or Texas additional counsel are associated to assist with the case. Mr. Hesser is admitted to practice in Louisiana and Texas. Unless otherwise noted, lawyers are not certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.
