Leo J. “Trey” Flynn, III is a native of Alexandria. Trey is a graduate of Bolton High School. Trey received his undergraduate degree in Finance from LSU in Baton Rouge. Trey earned his J.D. from Southern University Law School in Baton Rouge. While in law school Trey was in the top ten percent of his first year class. He was a Cali Award Winner: Torts II, Criminal Procedure II, Successions, LA Civil Procedure II Dean’s List. After he graduated, Trey was law clerk to the Honorable Harry F. Randow, Ninth Judicial District Court, Division G, Parish of Rapides from August 2011 to August 2012. Trey was also a law clerk at Bolen, Parker, Brenner, Lee, in Alexandria, Louisiana from June 2009 to August 2010. Trey currently works part-time for the Indigent Defender Board in Rapides Parish.  In 2013 the National Business Institute selected him to write and present regarding the continuing legal education topic of “Completing the Divorce” at their seminar “Handling Divorce Cases from Start to Finish.”
